Policy Reminders
*All personal communication/music devices (cell phones and IPod’s) shall be
turned off and out of sight during instructional time, passing time between
classes, or other times where such use of the device would cause a
disruption of school. They may
be used before and after school as well as during lunch break.
* Please remember that all student absences must be excused by a note from a
parent or guardian.
Dear Stakeholders;
Welcome to the 2012-2013 school year.
This new year has plenty of changes and challenges; all of which
promise to make Riddle Jr./Sr. High School and even better place to
succeed. Once again, Riddle
Jr./Sr. High School has won the Bronze Medal from U.S. News and World
Report for one of the best
schools in the country.
A Business Program has been added, the Science Department has been
overhauled, added a fourth music class, and have college credit classes
that include; Writing 121, 122, and 123; Introduction to the Trades,
Biology 103, and a Nursing Class at Umpqua Community College.
We are pleased to announce that no classes have been cut; only
added!
We have four new teachers this school year; Mr. Tom Roberts (Business),
Ms. Sarah Daigle (Science), Dr. Robin Stalcup (Science), and Mr. Michael
Wilson (Music). These
teachers along with the rest of our staff, certified and classified,
will be challenging the students at Riddle Jr./Sr. High School to be
their best so they may “Win Forever.”
