Due to weather and fire conditions, we have had a few changes to our athletic schedules tomorrow 9/10. The Football game has been moved to a 10 am start time with a 6:15 AM bus load. Crow's electricity will be turned off and heat is expected so playing the game early is important. Lost River canceled their trip tomorrow to Riddle so we will only play one volleyball game at 10 am. vs. Powers. Have a great weekend and stay safe.

Quick Reminder that school pictures are tomorrow at the Jr./Sr. High School. The process to finish the track cover begun today and we need to keep people off of the track surface. Thank you for your understanding in this. Hopefully in 18 days we have a fully functional all-weather track to use for years to come.
A quick heads up. We have been notified by the track construction company that we begin resurfacing on Wednesday 9/7. This is a critical part of the track construction phase and any movement on the track can cause significant damage. Please stay away from the construction area for the next couple of weeks so that this facility can be completed correctly. Thank you

A couple of important dates: 9/1 6:00 PM Jr. Class Meeting in HS library. 9/1 7:00 PM Sr. Class Meeting in computer lab. 9/8 Jr./Sr. HS school pictures. Picture packets were given to students this morning. 9/12 at 6 PM will be the Jr./Sr. HS Open House.
Please be cautious when dropping off and picking up your students from the Riddle Jr./Sr. High School. We have construction equipment and vehicles using the area in front of the original building. Friday 9/2 will see some concrete work being pumped under our gym in the morning. This will further complicate drop offs. Please be careful.

High School Parent Meetings for junior and senior parents have been scheduled for Thursday 9/1st. This will be the first of a series to help solidify the communication of expectations and needs between the high school, parents and students during these busy years. Junior Parent Meeting will be at 6:00 PM in the High School Library. Senior Parent Meeting will be at 7:00 PM in the High School Computer Lab
Fall 2022 Take Root Parenting Connection Events
JH Volleyball Practice starts today at 4:00 PM at the elementary school. JH Football Practice starts today at 3:30 PM. Please meet at the baseball field. HS Practices are during normal practice times.
Parents and Community members, we have decided to delay the start of our Jr/Sr High School due to construction issues. The safety of our students is paramount to us. The 7th graders will start their school year on August 31st at 8 am. The rest of our student body will start on Thursday, September 1st. This will not affect the elementary school. The elementary school will start on time on August 29th. Thank you for understanding.

Seismic Construction Tours of Riddle High School on Wednesday Night (8/10) at 6:00 PM and another at 7:00 PM. Learn about all of the construction being done at the high school. If time, we will discuss construction that is occurring at the track as well.
Off season football workouts for Jr. High and HS athletes will be happening between 8/1 and 8/12 on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays from 5:30 to 7:00 PM. Interested athletes please meet in the district office parking lot near the baseball field entrance.

Hello Riddle Irish! Riddle Jr./Sr. High School Summer School starts July 5 and ends July 29; Tuesday through Friday 8am-1pm. A flyer was put into report card envelopes. We have also sent certified mail to those students needing to attend and expect them to attend. All junior high students mandated to attend Summer School must attend to prevent retention in their same grade. Come to Summer School to continue learning and get caught up. GO IRISH!
