I have been informed that both Chiloquin and Gilchrist are covered in smoke. Gilchrist has been able to get us Caldera High Schools field in Bend. We will route the bus that direction.
Tomorrow's game at Gilchrist has been moved to Chiloquin High School due to air quality issues in Gilchrist. The kickoff will still be at 4 pm. Departure time for the bus will remain at 10:00 am.
Due to a lack of officials, there has been a change in the Jr. High Football Schedule. Tomorrow's game at Yoncalla has been moved to a 6:15 PM start. The bus will leave at 4:00 PM. Thank you

Just got word that tomorrow's football game at Crow has been officially canceled due to weather, smoke and lack of electricity. I am sorry.
Due to weather and fire conditions, we have had a few changes to our athletic schedules tomorrow 9/10. The Football game has been moved to a 10 am start time with a 6:15 AM bus load. Crow's electricity will be turned off and heat is expected so playing the game early is important. Lost River canceled their trip tomorrow to Riddle so we will only play one volleyball game at 10 am. vs. Powers. Have a great weekend and stay safe.

Quick Reminder that school pictures are tomorrow at the Jr./Sr. High School. The process to finish the track cover begun today and we need to keep people off of the track surface. Thank you for your understanding in this. Hopefully in 18 days we have a fully functional all-weather track to use for years to come.

A quick heads up. We have been notified by the track construction company that we begin resurfacing on Wednesday 9/7. This is a critical part of the track construction phase and any movement on the track can cause significant damage. Please stay away from the construction area for the next couple of weeks so that this facility can be completed correctly. Thank you

A couple of important dates: 9/1 6:00 PM Jr. Class Meeting in HS library. 9/1 7:00 PM Sr. Class Meeting in computer lab. 9/8 Jr./Sr. HS school pictures. Picture packets were given to students this morning. 9/12 at 6 PM will be the Jr./Sr. HS Open House.
Please be cautious when dropping off and picking up your students from the Riddle Jr./Sr. High School. We have construction equipment and vehicles using the area in front of the original building. Friday 9/2 will see some concrete work being pumped under our gym in the morning. This will further complicate drop offs. Please be careful.

High School Parent Meetings for junior and senior parents have been scheduled for Thursday 9/1st. This will be the first of a series to help solidify the communication of expectations and needs between the high school, parents and students during these busy years. Junior Parent Meeting will be at 6:00 PM in the High School Library. Senior Parent Meeting will be at 7:00 PM in the High School Computer Lab
