Just got off the phone with Camas Valley. We have a HS volleyball schedule change for tomorrow 9/22. There will be no JV game. Varsity will start at 6:00 PM. Bonfire will start no earlier than 8 pm and after the volleyball game concludes.

RES Panthers! Tomorrow, 09/22, is early release for the Homecoming parade at 1:20pm. The parade will begin at 2:00pm. IF your child will be walking in the parade they must be dressed in Green & White AND have a written note from home (an electronic note in Rooms is acceptable). Our Panthers will finish the parade at the high school parking lot where you will need to pick them up.

Last night administration met with the Riddle Fire Department to discuss the little amount of precipitation that occurred and whether that would change decisions moving forward. At that meeting, the Riddle Fire Department gave us a pathway to host a bonfire Friday night after our volleyball game (8:00 PMish). Our maintenance staff and teaching staff are now working on that pathway. Seniors will build the bonfire tomorrow during school. We have opened our gate to the bonfire today and are asking for clean material if you have some. The gate will be closed weeks after the fire to make sure no new fuel is added.

9/20/2023. The volleyball team would like to get a full day of practice in before we start tonight's festivities. That means we will start with boys volleyball at 8:00 pm and girls flag football practice afterwards, around 9 pm.

On Tuesday, September 26, we will have a senior parents night at 7:30 PM in computer lab 19. We encourage all parents and students to attend.

"Hello Junior Class, Parents, and Guardians, We still need sign-ups for the High School Volleyball Concessions on Friday and for the Homecoming Football game on Saturday. We currently do not have enough to run concessions and if we do not have enough volunteers, we will be forced to give concessions up to another class or group. Concessions money is what helps pay for Prom, Junior/Senior Banquet, and Senior year costs. If you are able to help with either game, please contact Mrs. Mills, Mr. Jarvis, Ms. Johnson, Mrs. Hanson.

Riddle Jr./Sr. High School will be hosting an open house on Tuesday 9/26 at 7:00 PM. We will plan to have a Jr. and a Sr. Parent meeting during our open house as well as help parents receive text messages through our app. We are looking forward to seeing everyone there.

Earlier today, we were notified that we would not have the ability to light our bonfire this upcoming week due to fire restrictions. I have met with numerous people, student council, and many of our high school classes for guidance. After all of this, it has been decided to continue to have homecoming week, as scheduled next week, and move the bonfire night to a different night. We have a couple of ideas but will want more feedback before making that decision. We understand that this may be unpopular but we have really tried to include as many people as possible in this decision.

Due to illness and injury, we have cancelled the volleyball game against Crow High School for tomorrow, Saturday, September 16.

Jr. High Volleyball is hosting Days Creek tonight at 4:30 PM. Coaches would like athletes to be at the high school at 3:30 dressed and ready to go for warm-ups. Go Irish

Jr. High Volleyball Practice will not occur today (9/7). Instead we are asking jr. high volleyball players to attend tonight's high school volleyball game at 5:15. Hope to see everyone there.

Due to illness, our high school volleyball has been canceled tonight. We hope to have practice resume tomorrow night. Jr. High Volleyball still has practice as scheduled.
